Jonathan Larr is an associate at Singh, Singh & Trauben, llp where his practice involves negotiating, drafting, and counseling both talent and corporate clients in entertainment transactions spanning music recording, publishing, content distribution, brand partnerships, merchandise, talent management, live touring, catalog sales and acquisitions, and complex music copyright and licensing issues.

Prior to joining Singh, Singh & Trauben, Jonathan founded his own solo firm. His clients included artists who have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, significant video game composers, and numerous artists signed to major labels and publishers in the U.S. and the UK.

He is also an in-demand speaker, having spoken on panels for the Entertainment Law Society of the LA County Bar Association, Venice Music Group, Water and Music, California Copyright Conference, and at numerous law schools.

In addition to his practice, Jonathan teaches Legal and Practical Aspects of the Music Business at UCLA, previously taught at USC Gould School of Law and is an active member of the FutureHope board at City of Hope.

Jonathan is admitted to practice in California. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from University of San Diego School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in English from Tufts University.
