Dal Singh is a partner at Singh, Singh & Trauben, LLP and focuses on the firm’s negligence matters while also concentrating on general corporate representation matters, including business litigation disputes. Mr. Singh holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences and a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Mr. Singh received his undergraduate degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, where he majored in Psychology. After graduation he moved to Los Angeles to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic. As a doctor of chiropractic, he worked at Head, Neck and Spine Center of La Jolla. After spending many years working as a chiropractor, Mr. Singh attended law school in San Diego, California. Mr. Singh then began working at a reputable Civil Litigation firm based in Miami, Florida, wherein he thereafter became one of the firm’s trial attorneys.

In addition to navigating his business clients through complex commercial transactions and corporate governance issues, Mr. Singh draws upon his healthcare background and trial experience in representing those who have been injured by the negligence and/or malpractice of others due to, among other things automobile/motorcycle accidents, defective products, and other various accidents that have caused catastrophic loss. In connection with his negligence practice, Mr. Singh often finds himself against some of the largest insurance companies in the country, in addition to some of the most respected defense law firms in California. Mr. Singh enjoys the courtroom and understands the necessity of having jury trials available when needed to right the wrongs of those injured by the negligence of others. By incorporating into his practice the representation of clients who have suffered significant bodily-injury or catastrophic loss based upon the negligence of others, Mr. Singh is able to combine his two passions: law and healthcare.
